Hon. Abass Agboworin Empowers Over 800 Constituents, Donates Buses, Motorcycles, Sewing Machines, Granding Machines, Cash Grants and Others

 Yesterday, No fewer than over eight hundred persons, from Ibadan North East/South East Federal Constituency, benefited from the mega empowerment scheme of Honourable Abass Adigun Agboworin, the lawmaker representing the constituency at the lower chamber of the National Assembly.

The Empowerment Program Tagged “Agboworin Empowerment” worth N100m, which cut across various schemes such as Women poverty Alleviation, Grant’s for market women, Youth Empowerment Scheme, Health Scheme, SME Schemes, Handicapped as well as people with special needs.

Speaking during the programme, Agboworin says; ” I am doing this for the benefit of my constituents. Some people will benefit today. And this could be the only thing they will benefit in this democracy. So, I am proud that I am doing it.

There is no way you can satisfy your people. Even with this, there is no way you can satisfy them. But I am happy that some people will be happy today.”

However, items distributed included 200 Bikes, 165 granding machines, 255 Sweing Machines,200 hair dryers, 2 Medical Outfit Buses and Cash Grant’s.

Others included cash support to vulnerables, markets women’s, forums, associations, groups, Handicaps, selected communities and all Police Stations in his federal constituency.

The epoch-making event, was the best time to the beneficiaries, as those who went homes with various gift and cash Grant’s all thanked Agboworin for his benevolence to them and pray for more grace and guidance to continue reaching out to the good people of Ibadan North East/South East Federal Constituen and Oyo State in general.

The Occasion was attended by the representative of the State Governor Engr. Seyi Makinde, Senator Representing Oyo South district, Sen. Kola Balogun, PDP State Party secretary, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, PDP PRO Akeem Olatunji, The Chairmanship Candidates for Ibadan North East/ South East Ibrahim Akintayo, and host of party faithfuls.
