OSUN GUBER 2022: Adeleke Of PDP Defeats Incumbent Governor Oyetola Of APC To Emerge Osun Governor-Elect

Ademola Adeleke, governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has won the election.

Adeleke has declared winner of the July 16 governorship election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate has declared governor-elect of Osun State after results were collated from 30 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the state.

Adeleke scored a total of 403,371votes to defeat the incumbent Governor Gboyegba Oyetola, his closest rival and candidate of the All Progressives Congress, who polled a total of 375,018 votes.
