Popular Fuji Musician Saheed Osupa Breached Protocol, Apologizes To Makinde On Abusive Songs


There was a mild drama in Iseyin on Saturday afternoon at Iseyin Grammar School, the venue of the final funeral of Latter-day Saints e Aseyin of Iseyin, Oba (DR) Abdul-Ganiy Adekunle Salau (Olooguebi Ajinese 1) as popular fuji maestro, Saheed Osupa (The King of Music) drove to the venue in his convoy with security.

Saheed who targeted the appropriate time Governor Seyi Makinde was delivering his remarks went straight to the podium, he was stopped by members of the Department of State Security attached to the Governor but Makinde beckoned at him to come.

Makinde was flanked by his deputy, Bayo Lawal, former deputy governor and deputy national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja, and Ahmed Raji (SAN).

Others include Chief of Staff, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi, Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, and Hon Abiodun Oni.

Osupa bowed to the Governor and apologized to him for his previous tracks where he called him unprintable names and betrayal. The most notable one was the track he released in 2020 where he called the Governor “Demakin” who doesn’t honor the r agreement.

Makinde who was heard saying no problem then whispered some words into Osupa's right ear. GOAL POACHER NEWS monitored the scene.

Thereafter, Osupa music rented the air saying, Makinde has performed excellently well adding that Atiku is the next president, Makinde for second term and that Oyo residents will vote massively for him and I have endorsed him as well.

The scene thrilled various onlookers.
