The Ibadan North East Local Government team has emerged winner in the just concluded under 18 male football match Competition organised by the Central Council of Ibadan IndÃgenes (CCII) as part of its activities to mark this year 2023 Ibadan Cultural festival celebrations.
The football match Competitions that involved all the eleven local government Councils in Ibadanland
had its grand Finale yesterday, Tuesday April 25, 2023 at Ilaji Resort stadium Akaran, Ona Ara Local Government Area.
The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon Ibrahim Akintayo aka (O mu Yes) could not hide his joy when Ibadan North East team won after rigorous efforts of the two teams to win the Cup.
The Council Boss commended the effort of the team and gave them a cash donation as promised.
Hon Akintayo therefore gave kudos to the the Central Council of Ibadan IndÃgenes (CCII) for organising such a beautiful competition among local governments and pray for the success and growth of the association.
