Easter Celebration: Hon Francis Adetunji Felicitates With Christians, Charges Them To Emulate Peace, Perseverance, Love And Humility

 

Oyo state house of Assembly Chairman Committee on investment monitoring and state economic planning representing Oluyole state constituency, Hon Francis Adetunji felicitates with Christians on the successful  completion of this year’s lengthen period and the Easter celebrations.

Hon Francis Adetunji in an Easter message issued by his Media Aide, Hon Alimi Abiola urged Nigerians irrespective of their religion to commit  Oyo state into the hands of God as the country is currently facing political, security, economic and other challenges

He emphasized that Christians across Oluyole local government and Oyo state should use the opportunity of the just concluded 40 days fasting to pray for Oyo state governor, Engr Seyi Makinde for breakthrough in governing our dear state.

“I am using this period to felicitate with the  Christians across Nigeria and the good people of Oyo state on this year’s Easter Celebrations. I am imploring our people to learn enough  lessons from what the Easter celebrations stands for which among others are perseverance, love for others and humility as clearly demonstrated by Jesus Christ even while he was been  nailed into the cross.” he said.

” Let  me again reiterated that local government election in Oyo state is around the corner, a time to strengthen politics at the grassroot. Oyo state must move forward . It is now time to pray to God to lead us aright in the May 15th, this year local government election”

While urging Oluyole state constituency Christians and Oyo state in general to be law abiding and steer clear of issues capable of truncating peace in their communities during and after the Easter festivities. Hon Francis Adetunji pointed out that it is only when there is  peace that there can be development.
