Ibadan Northeast LG Chairman, Ibrahim Akintayo Inspects Community Grammar School Iwo-road, Pledges To Give Priority To Education Sector

 







The Educational sector is one of the four cardinal points of the Engr Oluseyi Makinde led administration in Oyo state. In view of this, the Executive Chairman of the Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo has pledged to give priority to the education sector, this is expected to reinforce the laudable achievement of the state government in the sector particularly in Ibadan North East Local Government. 





The Executive Chairman reiterated the importance of the sector when he visited Community Grammar school Iwo-road, having recieved reports of the bad state of some structural facilities in the school. The various structural defects at the school ranges from blown off classroom roof, dilapidated walls and failing floor among others. 









Included in the chairman's inspection team were: Head of the Local Government Administration (HLGA) Engr Babatunde Adewale, Director of Works, Engr Olaide Salimon, political functionaries and career officers at Ibadan East Local Government.
