Oyo State Government via the Ministry of Education Science and Technology, Dpartment of Schools, Secretariat, Ibadan Releases 2021/2022 School Calendar for public and private schools in Oyo State as stated below;

CIRCULAR LETTER.

Chairmen of Government Agencies/Parastatals;

(TESCOM, SUBEB, BOTAVED, LIBRARY BOARD, AANFE, SCHORLARSHIP BOARD);

The Zonal Coordinator WAEC, Ibadan;

The Zonal Coordinator NECO, Ibadan;

The Zonal Inspectors of Education;

The Local Inspectors of Education;

All Principals and Headteachers of Public and Private Schools;

Proprietors of all Private Schools.

2021/2022 SCHOOL CALENDAR FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN OYO STATE.

1st Term Resumption: Monday 20th September, 2021 - Friday 17th December, 2021

2ndTerm Resumption: Monday 10th January, 2022 - Friday 8th

April, 2022.

3rd Term Resumption: Monday 2nd May, 2022 - Friday 8th, August 2022

2. PLEASE NOTE:

i. First term 2022/2023 session begins on Monday 20th September, 2022.

ii. Full academic programme should commence on the first day of each term.

iii. All Public Holidays are to be observed as may be directed by the Federal/State Government.

iv. All Public and Private Schools are to adhere strictly to the School Calendar.

v. Contravention of the school calendar attracts penalty.
