HIJRAH 1444: Hon Akintayo Calls For Adherence Of Allah's Commandments As Way Out Of Nigeria Situation

 

The executive chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo felicitates with the Muslim Community around the world on the occasion of 1444 AH Hijrah year.

Hon Ibrahim Akintayo in Hijrah message made available to newsmen from his media office said Nigeria will be a better nation if everyone residing in this country adhere absolutely to the dos and don'ts of the Almighty Allah and behave to fellow beings as stipulated by the Qur'an and Hadith.

" I rejoice with Oyo state governor H.E Engr Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde , the deputy governor , Barrister Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Adeleke Lawal ,Chief imam of ibadanland , Sheikh Abdul-Ganiyy AbuBakr Agbotomokekere and his entire council members , Oyo state grand Mufti Sheikh Abdulfatai Adio Alaga JP , Aare musulumi of ibadanland Alhaji Dawud Makanjuola Akinola , Chief Oyelade , Chief Bayo Oyero , all league of imams in Ibadan Northeast local government and all Muslim throughout the world . Every imams and alfas need to preach peace, love and steadfastness to their congregations at all time because the unity of this country is sacrosanct " the statement said , quoting the council boss.

Lastly ,The council chairman equally calls on the people of other faiths to embrace and show love to one another . We need to pray to Almighty God for the success of all our leaders to succeed and also remember Nigeria at all time because this is our own Mecca.
