Tribunal court affirms Hon Francis Adewale Adetunji victory, dismissed Abioye petition with #150,000 fine
Tribunal Judgement:
Tribunal court judgment today 18th of September, 2019 at the Magistrate court, Iyaganku,Ibadan declared Hon. Francis Adewale Adetunji of PDP as the winner of March 9th 2019 House of Assembly election representing Oluyole state constituency at the Oyo state house of Assembly.
According to the Justice the complainant (Hon Femi Abioye of APC) petition against the winner of the election (Hon Francis Adewale Adetunji of PDP) is invalid and he hereby dismissed the petition and the complainant is said to pay a sum of #150,000 fine to Hon. Francis Adewale Adetunji.
