NEW YEAR: MRS. SETTLE WELCOMES THE FIRST BABY OF THE YEAR IN OLUYOLE LOCAL GOVERNMENT


In the spirit of New Year celebration, Mrs. Settle Oluwatosin Alasan (First Lady of Oluyole Local Government) celebrated the birth of the first baby of the year, born to Mrs. Salako.

Mrs. Settle welcomed the baby and congratulated the parents on this momentous occasion. The birth of the first baby of the year is a significant event in Oluyole, and it is a cause for celebration and joy.

The first baby of the year was born at exactly 12:30 am, today, 1st of January, 2024, at the Primary Health Center (PHC) in Adaramagbo. The baby weighed 3.5 kg at birth. The PHC is a government-run health facility that provides essential services to the community, including prenatal care and delivery services. This was the first birth of the year in the Oluyole Local Government area.

In addition to celebrating the first baby of the year, Mrs. Settle's visit to the PHC also served as a way to spread peace, love, and unity across the community. Mrs. Settle believes that the birth of the first baby is a symbol of hope and a fresh start, and it is a perfect way to mark the beginning of a new year. She hopes that the new year will be a prosperous one for the people of Oluyole Local Government.

Under the leadership of Hon. Settle Olaide and Governor Seyi Makinde, Oluyole Local Government has experienced significant development in education, infrastructure, security, health, and overall well-being. Mrs. Settle has assured the people of Oluyole that this progress will continue in the new year. The government is committed to improving the lives of the people and making Oluyole a model for other local governments.

To celebrate the birth of the first baby of the year, Mrs. Settle donated baby kits and other essential items to the family. She also expressed her gratitude to the wife of the Executive Governor of Oyo State (Chief Mrs. Makinde) for her efforts to improve the lives of mothers and children across the state. Mrs. Settle believes that strong family support is essential for the well-being of all citizens.
