Friends of Deji Ola Donates Food Items, Toiletries, Clothes to Special Needs Individuals in Oluyole Cheshire Home, Visits Eleyele Lake

As part of their highlighted activities to mark Comrade Deji Ola’s birthday, the ancient city of Ibadan was filled to the brim as friends, associates and family members accompanied the celebrant to Oluyole Cheshire Home Polytechnic road, Ibadan to donate food items and celebrate with children with special needs. 

Staff and management of the home eulogized the NGO for their donation and also charged members of the public to emulate such gestures, according to them “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”- Mahatma Gandhi

The group also visited Eleyele lake for a sightseeing tour. Indeed, it was a moment of joy for FOD members as they could not hide their feelings during the time spent in the lake. Members taken on a boat cruise chanting happy birthday song to the celebrant. 

The Celebrant who is the Personal Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde’s Chief of Staff, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi, appreciates his well wishers for the show of love and their continued supports. 

He also reiterates that FOD will continue to follow up with their aims and objectives without any form of distraction due to the fact that the Government of the day have provided conducive environment for their operation.
