PDP WARD CONGRESS: IBNELG CHAIRMAN, HON IBRAHIM AKINTAYO EXPRESSES SATISFACTION WITH PEACEFUL CONDUCT

 

The Executive Chairman Hon Ibrahim Akintayo has expressed satisfaction with the large turnout of members of the ruling people Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North East Local Government Area to elect their leaders at the ward level.

  He said, the exercise which went on peacefully through consensus demonstrated the unity that exist amongst leaders and party faithfuls across the 12wards in the council.

  Hon Akintayo congratulated the newly elected executive and expressed confidence in the  greatness of PDP, noting that the conduct of party members and leaders in IBNELG during ward congress indicated the resolve of party members to ensure sustainable dividend of democracy to the populace.

  Nevertheless, he enjoined the executives to continue to give their unflinching support to the Governor and other party leaders who are poised to provide meaningful development to all nooks and crannies of the state.
