Except, of course, one wants to be economical with the truth or deliberately turn a blind eye to it, the many wonders of the Executive Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, Hon Popoola Olaide Settle in our dear Oluyole are too numerous to mention, making him deserve a second term in office.

Every Oluyoles can attest to the fact that the workaholic chairman had done remarkably well, touching all sectors to key in to Governor Seyi Makinde's Road Map To Accelerated Development. This is no gainsay. The records are there, visible enough even to the blind.

Hon Settle Olaide has proven himself as not just a talker but a doer; a dynamic leader, savvy technocrat and a dexterous administrator par excellence.. Mr Chairman is just a square peg in a square hole who will only do much better when given a second term. This is because his proficient acumen in the public sector has been made to rub off on all Wards of the Local Government, within the last 2 years.

The exalted seat in Idi-Ayunre best fits a workaholic like him. I will support him over and over again, and I beseech everyone else to follow suit.

(11,431 hectares of land left unused, this was done in collaboration with security operatives an activity carried out twice by the Executive Chairman and the most recent was led by ACP Gbenga Ojo (Assistant Commissioner of Police, Oyo State Command)

18. Regularly provision of logistics for security patrol team e.g payment of imprest to all security agencies in the Local Government, Logistics and mobilization of Non State Actors such as Vigillante, Agbekoya, Soluderos and OPC.

19. Surveillance of all security flashpoints e.g New Garage, Toll Gate, Orita Challenge, Academy Olomi, Quarry sites, Ibadan ijebu ode Road, to give clear picture to motorists, pedestrians traveling on the road.

20. Empowering Traditional rulers to take care of Security in their domain.

Expanding Security meeting with CP Ngozi Onadeko (Oyo State Commissioner of Police) All security agencies and top security officials within the state who came with her on 23rd December,2021 to fine tune all strategies deployed at curtailing excesses within Oluyole Local Government, particularly Onipe Ijebu Ode road axis of the Council.

We do hope and believe if given the opportunity to paddle the canoe once again SETTLE OLAIDE will remain THE SEYI MAKINDE OF OUR OWN GENERATION IN OLUYOLE LOCAL GOVERNMENT.
